What is a Satchel Handbag anyway?

This kind of bag typically has some structure to it, but the handbag industry doesn’t clearly define types of bags. A satchel has a firm body structure and can often stand up by itself, it is generally not “slouchy” as some handbags tend to be. It generally has a small handle that allows carrying it in your hand or at your elbow. Although some come with shoulder strap most are not worn on the shoulder. Enjoy
